Our Replacement Process


So, you’ve been referred to a comfort specialist by one of our technicians or you’re thinking it’s time to upgrade. We make the process simple for our customers.

Call our office and press option 2 in our automated system. You’ll get Michelle on the phone and she’ll schedule you a FREE appointment to meet with one of our comfort specialists.

Our follow-up process

Two things need to occur to finish up your installation, the start-up and a follow-up. If possible, we will try to schedule these at the same time. However, due to demands on our time during busy season this may not be possible. Michelle will call you and we can schedule both appointments in the same phone call.

Start-Up

One of our service technicians will return and perform a full check on the system. They’ll cycle it and do a thorough double check of the installation. We will also perform a SAVE Test on the system if it’s required to collect your rebates. Click here to learn more about the SAVE Program.

Follow-Up

This is so your comfort advisor can go over your new system with you and answer any questions you may have about the installation. He will also have your rebate forms to sign, a copy of your final invoice, and any other paper work that you may need to go along with your system. At this appointment, final payment on the system is expected unless financing arrangement have been made.

CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve got a new home comfort system.
